Our Easter was extremely laid back this year. We started the morning with mass, then headed home for an Easter egg hunt in the backyard and Easter baskets. The kids were so elated that the Easter Bunny came to our house to hide the eggs and deliver baskets full of goodies! After the excitement of the eggs and the baskets, we headed back outside so the kids could try out their new bubble guns. It was a very windy morning, so the bubbles were blowing everywhere. We also took advantage of the wind by flying kites with the kids. They both had fun watching their kites sail up into the air and they actually flew the kites by themselves for a little bit. Unfortunately, Cooper let go of his kite and it blew across the retention pond and into a tall tree. Needless to say, we couldn't get it down, so we will be replacing that kite soon. Later in the afternoon, my parents came over for an early dinner. We had TONS of food for the six of us, which meant lots of leftovers! So, after stuffing ourselves, we all vegged out on the couch and watched Toy Story 1,which was one of the DVDs the Easter Bunny brought the kids. Here is our Easter in photos...

We hope you and your family had a blessed Easter!
