The past few weeks have been crazy-busy preparing for Christmas! We have been shopping, baking, wrapping, and cleaning. We have also been getting into the Christmas spirit by watching movies, listening to music, doing crafts, and reading stories. Last weekend, we made a trip to Staunton to visit family and celebrate Christmas with them. Long story short, we all had a wonderful Christmas. The kids were at the perfect age this year. They were beyond excited about Santa and about the presents he left for them. The look on their faces when they saw their presents under the tree on Christmas morning was priceless! This year, they were also better able to understand the true meaning of Christmas---the birth of Jesus. They enjoyed telling us about everything they learned at school. It was so much fun to experience the magic of Christmas through their eyes. I know this excitement won't last forever, so I really try to savor these special times. Here is a glimpse of our Christmas in pictures...enjoy!

Well, now that Christmas has come and gone, we are enjoying a little down time and trying to get back into a routine. We hope that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas, too! We'll be back in 2011!
